Scope

This notice applies to the NexG company website and information you choose to send to the verified NexG email addresses shown on it. A NexG product, public repository, client engagement, or third-party service may have separate terms or notices that apply in its own context.

Information involved

Information you choose to send

If you email NexG, the message may include your name, email address, company or project context, attachments, and anything else you place in the correspondence. You control what is included before it is sent.

Technical service data

Website and hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and diagnostic or security events. NexG does not present that operational data as a customer profile.

Browser preference

The theme control may store a light or dark preference in your browser's local storage. The current application does not use that preference to identify you. See the cookie notice for more detail.

How information is used

Information may be used to:

• review and respond to a project, careers, or general enquiry;
• understand whether NexG's capabilities fit the request;
• continue correspondence you have asked NexG to take part in;
• operate, diagnose, secure, and improve the website; and
• meet applicable legal obligations or protect legitimate rights.

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, employment relationship, or obligation to accept work.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by providers that support email, hosting, security, or other infrastructure used to operate the website and correspondence. Those providers handle information under their own service terms and applicable safeguards.

NexG may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, investigate abuse, protect security, or establish and defend legal rights. This website does not use enquiry information to sell an advertising audience.

Retention and security

Enquiry correspondence and operational records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were collected, business continuity, security, dispute handling, or applicable legal obligations. Different records may require different retention periods.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures can reduce risk, but no email or internet service is completely secure. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment credentials, private production datasets, or other secrets in an initial enquiry.

Links to NexG products, GitHub, or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review the relevant notice before providing information on an external service.

Your choices and contact

Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as asking for access, correction, or deletion. Those rights can be subject to lawful exceptions and verification.

Send a privacy question to hello@nexg.tech. Include enough context to identify the relevant correspondence, but do not email identity documents unless NexG asks for an appropriate verification method.
